Thanks to the Erasmus + Program we developed the first Young Women Leaders Academy. A European project which puts together Young Women Network and four other associations from Poland, Romania, Sweden and Italy.
How does the Young Women Leaders Academy work?
It is a 50-hour training course held by the highest exponents and professionals of the sector. The program aims to promote the empowerment of young women through a training program, developing soft skills, their leadership and supporting them in enhancing of their career and projects.
The course is structured in 5 modules:

Enhance your leadership skills with Ni-Cons Career Consulting;

Development of their personal branding with Mauro Lupi;
- Training on public speaking with Ci.Effe Consulting Group;

In-depth analysis of sustainability and diversity issues with Martina Rogato;
- Module on project design con Project School.
The Academy of Young Women Leaders will be held concurrently in Rome and Milan, in the months of January and February 2022.
5 selected participants will then participate at the “International Week” which will take place in the city of Mälmo, Sweden, between 23 and 29 March 2022, together with the other European partners and the other selected young women.
The selected young women will be chosen among the associates candidates who have completed the application by December 31, 2021.
The requirements to participate are the following:
- young women regularly enrolled in Young Women Network;
- 30 years;
- willingness to participate at live events in Rome or Milan on weekends and digitally one evening each week;
- available to travel to Mälmo from the 23rd to the 29 of march 2022.
The training course and the trip to Mälmo are free and financed by the Erasmus + call.
Young Women Leaders is a project developed with funding from the Erasmus+ program of the European Union which aims to create the first European network of young women and develop female empowerment through the involvement of 60 young girls.
With the collaboration of 4 associations in 4 European countries, the project promotes a new vision of women in Europe. The project is implemented by building the skills of young women, supporting them in awareness-raising initiatives and creating new opportunities.
The organizations involved in the Young Women Leaders project are all unique: having their experience in different fields and their focus on equally important issues, each partner brings its own contribution to the completeness of the initiative.
